Shawna relocated in 1999 to Denver from Montana and she worked in the financial services/legal industry. She always had a passion for real estate, so in 2013 decided to pursue that dream. She became licensed in Colorado in 2013, in Montana in 2016, and received her Brokers license in Montana in 2021.

She strives to learn everything she can about the real estate industry, from expert negotiation skills to expert market analysis skills.
