Shawna relocated in 1999 to Denver from Montana and she worked in the financial
services/legal industry. She always had a passion for real estate, so in 2013 decided to pursue
that dream. She became licensed in Colorado in 2013, in Montana in 2016, and received her
Brokers license in Montana in 2021.
She strives to learn everything she can about the real estate industry, from expert negotiation
skills to expert market analysis skills. Her background in business and strong work ethic
combined with a warm friendly and determined personality make her the agent you want to call
for all of your real estate needs!
Shawna loves working with both buyers and sellers in the residential market and demonstrates

Shawna enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering and has done so for organizations
such as Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and Jr. Achievement.
She is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, Denver Metro Association of Realtors,
Montana Association of Realtors, Helena Association of Realtors, and the National Association of
